WHAT WE TEACH - KIDS THROUGH TO ADULTS

Here at TMAC we teach a number of different styles of martial arts and programmes catering for all your martial arts needs. 

All our programmes are age specific so we can ensure members are being offered the most up to date teaching practice's relevant to their age specific requirements.

LIL DRAGONS PROGRAM 4-6 YEAR OLDS

Thanks to its ideal blend of basic Martial Arts, Life Skills and Safety Skills. The class is designed specifically for children of this age group and is structured to provide all students with a fun and safe learning environment. 

KIDS CLUB PROGRAM - 7-9 YEAR OLDS

The Kids Club program is designed specifically for children aged from 7-9 years old. We realise that children at this age have specific characteristics that differ from children younger and older than them. The average 7 to 9 year old can benefit from a more specific type of training that will help them develop physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially.

JUNIORS PROGRAM - 10-12 YEAR OLDS

The Junior program is the last step before entering the Adults Programme. It presents older children with a more mature learning environment, allowing them to learn and grow at their own pace, while ensuring that they become positive role models and community leaders with the confidence gained from our Martial Arts training.

Classes are kept fun and energetic, while remaining structured to ensure that every student gets the most out of every single class.

ADULTS CLASS - BASIC PROGRAM (BEGINNERS)

The Basic Program is designed for the student that has never trained before and is taken at a slower pace focussing on developing the vital skills needed to develop as a martial artist both technically and physically.

We recommend that people use the Basic Program to build there confidence and then progress up to an advanced level.

If you have trained before either at a Basic or Advanced level, Basic Program is a great way to rebuild that muscle memory and your fitness levels to help you get back into your training.

ADULTS CLASS - ADVANCED PROGRAM 

The Advanced program is designed to take students up to Black Belt.
Our Advanced Programme also includes a higher intensity, sport specific fitness program that will give you everything you need in order to start making a name for yourself on the Sport Martial Arts competition circuit.
With advanced kickboxing, sparring and competitions, pad-work, Kung Fu, there’s something here for everyone.

Ladies Only Fitness Blast

The Ladies Only program combines fitness circuits and core strength with our kickboxing program. We focus on building technique while being able to work off those extra calories and release stress via our focus pad workouts. Classes are suitable for members with a lower level of fitness as well as a more intense higher level.

Yoga

Classes are Yoga Flow, a series of poses flowing from one to the next synchronised with the breath, designed to improve your flexibility, strength, endurance and focus. Classes will energise and rejuvenate you.
